The Information Tone Line Collects
When you decide to use our Service you will be request to provide us:
Your full name and your e-mail. To complete registration, we may contact you with the e-mail your provided us in order to authenticate your identity and prevent fraud.
Information related to your user profile on our Service, including, but not limited to, email audio files, photo, any social network or third party identifiers (e.g. Facebook) and status. If you decided to connect us to your social network (e.g. Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, VK, etc.), you hereby warrant that Tone Line may retrieve and use information accessible or stored in such service related to your profile or your contacts (e.g. photos, emails, birthdays, contacts list, or information your friends have made available to you) to integrate and synchronize such information with your information and your contacts' information, to enhance and our users' experience and update your information and your contacts' information. We will retrieve such information in accordance with the security restrictions and applicable permissions of the respected Approved Platform. We do not store or process password or security related information.

Cookies Information: When you use the Service, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Tone Line uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. We use the information to respond to your inquiries, support request, feedbacks or questions, and update you with information pertaining to your request, and respond to claims that any content available through the Service violates the rights of third-parties.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Tone Line Service, in which case Tone Line may not be able to provide certain services to you. Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites
Tone Line does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, please note that if an advertiser asks Tone Line to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, men ages 18-34) or audience segment (for example, men ages 18-24 who have viewed pieces of content) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of the Tone Line Sites or Tone Line Services, such as the number of times you set a status to determine which ads to deliver to you.
Commitment To Data Security
Tone Line uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Tone Line and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, Tone Line makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
If Tone Line learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Tone Line may post a Policy on the Tone Line Sites if a security breach occurs.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We operate our Site in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We never knowingly, directly or indirectly, collect or maintain Personal Information at or on our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Site is directed at or structured to attract anyone under 13. Visitors younger than 13 years of age may NOT use the Services and must LEAVE immediately.
Business Transitions : Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy In the event that Tone Line is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
